As a mom of triplets I know what it means to be busy and not have ton of time to take care of yourself! That is why I have designed the Healthy Life Challenge. It’s three weeks to focus on YOU. To learn the tools you need to live a healthy life WITHOUT a diet! I want you to have the energy for your family nad friends. I want you to look in the mirror and feel happy, confident and proud of yourself. I want you to go be EXCITED to go clothes shopping again and be able to take those skinny jeans out of storage!

My story

I spent six years trying everything to lose my baby weight. Skipping breakfast, cutting out soda, eating low calorie everything, working out 2-3 hours per day. NOTHING seemed to work long term. I was determined to find a way to be healthy without depriving myself or using fad diets. When I found the balance of exercise and a nutrition that didn’t leave me spending all day in the gym and kitchen I HAD to share so the Healthy Life Challenge was born!

My goal is to help EVERY woman whether you are a busy mom, a struggling 20 something or a post menopausal 50 something LOOK and FEEL their best for the REST of their life!

I feel motivated. It was just the little jump start I needed to get back on track with my eating habits, cooking healthy, and exercising after having baby #2! I’m ready to start getting back to pre-baby body!

Hearing all the success and struggles from group members gave me encouragement to keep pushing forward, even when I got off track. This group provided me with healthy recipes and tips and was a place I could turn to with any questions. I loved the daily check ins with a different topic each day – this kept it fresh and was fun to see all the group members pictures/stories on a daily basis!

The group has given me the support and accountability I needed to see results. I have unsuccessfully tried to diet previously, but always alone, with zero support or feedback. No one to ask questions of. This group was the missing link for me. I am grateful for the support and encouragement and will continue joining similar groups until I meet my goal. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks, and I am not ready to stop there!
