Participant expectations:

  1. Participants will be expected to check in daily to our accountability group.
  2. Participants will follow the workout schedule designed by Autumn Calabrese for the 4 weeks of the program (additional workout are ok to do as well!)
  3. Tracking results is required
  4. Participants will be given a variety of recipes, meal ideas, snack options, but  will be expected to follow the plan the plan that comes with the program.  This plan is designed to shred fat and build muscle.
  5. One meal a day will be replaced with Shakeology.  Shakeology is complete meal that will be part of the included meal plans to help you optimize results.
